LONG LIFE

LONG LIFE collets (patented product) are bar feed collets for multispindle lathes.

These collet can be adjusted at will, allowing for a very precise fit on the bars, to avoid any marks on their external diameters.

All these feeders feature a brazed carbide insert, giving them exceptional durability and preventing them from sticking to even the most difficult materials.

EXPANDING ARBOR

Our self developped expanding arbor system allow parts to be reworked from the inside or around the edges.

These expandable systems feature interchangeable expansion sleeves, making them very easy to handle.

These systems can clamp a wide range of profiles.

Capillaries allow high-pressure cleaning of slots (0.20mm).

WIDE-OPENING COLLET

Wide-opening collets for parts that need to be clamped in a groove or to pass over a shoulder.

Clamping principle can be adapted to all types of gripper, without the need for a special gripper holder.
